Dream Maker Station

Dream Maker Station is a Route 66 souvenir and gift shop in a former gas station in Adrian, TX, next to the Midpoint Cafe. The building began as Dub's Enco-Humble station and later ran as Sunflower Station. Jason and Kelly Snyder, who moved from Ohio, bought it in 2021 and reopened it as Dream Maker Station on April 1, 2024. It sells souvenirs, coffee and ice cream.

What is Dream Maker Station?

A shop on the main road through Adrian that sells Route 66 souvenirs, coffee and ice cream and hosts an annual Route 66 car show. The Midpoint Cafe next door is a separate business.

History of Dream Maker Station

The building began as Dub's Enco-Humble service station, run by Dub Edmunds. Fran Houser, who ran the Midpoint Cafe, later operated it as Sunflower Station. The Snyders bought it in 2021, and a delay after surgery pushed the reopening to April 2024.

Visiting Dream Maker Station: tips

It sits right on West Historic Route 66, so it pairs naturally with a stop at the Midpoint Cafe. No posted hours turned up, so check before you count on a coffee stop.
