What is Afton Station Packard Museum?

The museum filled an old Eagle D-X filling station from the 1930s, restored for the purpose, with a showroom, 18 Packards and other vintage automobiles, and plenty of Route 66 memorabilia. Some of those items came from the Buffalo Ranch Trading Post, which has since been demolished.

Out front, restored D-X fuel pumps lined the forecourt, and a signpost displayed the dealership emblem reading Approved Packard Service in red and white on blue.
